I found this video very interesting not only because I thought they presented it well but because it kept my attention. If someone were to tell me that I was going to be lectured on autonomy, mastery, and purpose I would not be excited, but I did find that this was more than just informing. I was not familiar with the idea behinds these concepts but I was astonished when I was presented with the findings.
